The Qur'an reminds us that Doomsday is nearby but humans are heedless. Seven billion of people live today on our planet earth. Very few of these believe truly in one and only God. Lesser still practice constant worship, fear God and devote themselves o the service of God and prepare themselves for the meeting with their Lord.
Humans all over the world have turned away from God. They have forsaken God for the gains of this world. The greater majority of mankind is heedless and is busy with their personal affairs. Every time and throughout history the divine message is sent to different peoples humans disbelieve in the messages of God and reject the messengers of God, mockingly.
The Qur'an informs us of this erroneous attitude:
‘Their reckoning draws nigh for mankind, while they turn away in heedlessness. Never comes there unto them a new reminder from their Lord but they listen to it while they play. With their hearts preoccupied (with worldly gains).' 21: 1-3
If we make a global census of those who believe in one God and those who do not around the world today we can easily draw a quick conclusion. From one end of the world to the other we have a spectrum of disbelief and atheism, rejection of God and rejection of divine message, accepting some of these messages and disbelieving in others.
The Gog and Magog race in Japan and China covers more than 1.5 billion of atheists in the majority of cases. Hindus comprise of some 800 infidels, Buddhists consist of 300 million atheists, the majority of Russians ( about 140 million) are agnostics or Christians.. The majority of 350 millions of Europeans are disbelievers, agnostics, atheists or associaters (Christ with God).
In Africa the case is not any better. Some 700 million of Africans are disbelievers in one God. In the Muslim world there about 1.4 billion and a small majority believe in one God. Most of Muslims are however, heedless of God and lesser still are heedless of the Day of Judgment. Most Muslims are preoccupied with their personal gains of this life. Very few practice real worship and keep constantly God in mind and heart. Fewer Muslims devote their lives to God and to His service. Fewer still prepare themselves for the Hereafter and the meeting with their Lord.
Muslims have lost their faith and are disunited into 57 states and many sects and cults, all deviations from islam. Muslims are engaged in their acquiring the profits of this world forgetting all about the other world and lesser still preparing for their lasting future in the Hereafter. They are like Jews and Christians busy with making money, riches, power, position, glory while all power and all glory belongs to God, but most men do not understand.
Jews comprise about 13 million while most of them are either disbelievers or a religious. Most of them do not believe in Christ and in Muhammad as messengers of God. Most of them if not all disbelieve in the New Testament and especially in the Qur'an as the divine word of God on equal footing with the Torah (the Law). Jews do not really believe in Doomsday and lesser still prepare themselves for its coming. Their Scripture commands them to believe in one and only eternal God but most of them are disbelievers and atheists. The greater majority of Jews are devoted to making money and riches, preoccupied with their personal gains of this world. Jews are totally heedless of doomsday and the consequences of the certainty of the coming of such a Day.
Totally emerged in this worldly life they have turned their backs to the All Mighty. They are cursed in the three Scriptures, the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an, for their rebellion and taking the Golden Calf as a deity. They are cursed in the Gospel for engaging in the profits of this world. They are cursed in the Qur'an for their constant disobedience and being rebel against God. Forsaking him and seeking riches, power.
Most of world nations are destroyed for their disbelief, for their sin and for their heedlessness of God and not preparing for the Day of Judgment
Christians consist of more than 1.5 billion of people but are by definition disbelievers in one and only God, indivisible who does not beget and is not begotten. They associate with God Christ (making him God and the son of God at the same time, and associate with God and Christ the Holy Ghost, Archbishop Gabriel. Thus they are associaters and they are disbelievers one and unique God.
The Americans (about 312 millions) and South Americans are mostly Christians by name, but most of them do not believe in one and only God, indivisible and unique, eternal God, creator of the universe.
In Australia we have the same framework o Europe and the USA. Most of them are Christians by name but are disbelievers in God. The greater majority disbelieves in Doomsday and no one prepares for the Day of Judgment and the meeting with his or her Lord.
How blind can people be all over the world? How far away have mankind strayed from the path of God. But Doomsday is in wait and Hell Fire will be open for the disbelievers, atheists, agnostics, associaters and all who are blind in mind and heart.
The Qur'an warns mankind against the coming of the Day of Judgment: ‘And guard yourselves against a Day when no soul will in aught avail another, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be received from it, nor will they be helped.' 2: 48
